Responsibilities
  • Lead preparation of financial reporting, presentations and analysis for Management, Board of Directors, banks, auditors, and private equity sponsors.
  • Support preparation of internal monthly business updates, including KPI dashboards, board materials, and variance analyses.
  • Work with business and operational stakeholders to assess drivers of financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Drive insights through data analytics by partnering with business units and leveraging tools such as Excel and BI platforms (Data Rails, Power BI).
  • Supports the identification, valuation, planning, and execution of internal and external business development opportunities and acquisitions.
  • Gather and evaluate data, including financial and operational information, developing projections and valuation analyses.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of potential acquisitions, financings, and research potential M&A targets.
  • Perform pro forma financial analysis, budgeting/forecasting, business valuations, and assist in the preparation of financial models and other materials to be used in presentations and as support for financing and M&A transactions.
  • Analyze industry trends and provide insights to management and private equity sponsors.
  • Assist in due diligence processes by working closely with sellers and third parties (e.g., tax, legal, accounting).
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning models to guide company-wide decision-making.

Qualifications

Education and/or

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university, with preference given to a specialized degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Minimum of three years of relevant business experience, with preference given to roles in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or FP&A.

Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
