Optimize is proud to partner with a growing REIT on a Asset Management Associate here in Dallas.
This role will:
- Oversee and optimize the full asset lifecycle — from acquisition and deployment to maintenance and retirement — ensuring maximum value and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze asset performance data to identify trends, forecast needs, and recommend cost‑saving or efficiency‑boosting strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (finance, operations, IT, and procurement) to align asset management strategies with business goals.
- Maintain accurate asset records in enterprise systems, ensuring timely audits, reporting, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-6 years of multifamily asset management experience required
- Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related study
