Finance / Transactions Associate (3–6 Years) Lender‑Side / Private Credit / Structured Finance

A well‑regarded national law firm is looking to add a mid-level Finance Associate to its Dallas office.

This is a strong opportunity for an attorney with experience in lender‑side finance or broader transactional work who wants to work on sophisticated deals in a more balanced, team‑oriented environment.

• Representing lenders and financial institutions in complex financing transactions
• Private credit and syndicated lending matters
• Drafting and negotiating credit agreements and related documents
• Working closely with partners and clients on active deal flow

• 3–6 years of finance / transactional experience
• Background in lender‑side work preferred (but not required)
• Experience with credit agreements, loan docs, or deal structuring
• Looking for strong deal exposure with a more sustainable environment

• Consistent deal flow in a growing finance practice
• Strong reputation in the finance and private credit space
• Direct partner access and meaningful hands‑on experience
• Collaborative, down‑to‑earth team
• Dallas market (no state income tax + strong deal activity)
