Experience Level: Senior. Salary Range: $100,000 – $117,000 per year.

As a Senior Accountant – M&A Transactions, you will serve as a financial architect for our most significant investment activities. This is a specialized role sitting at the intersection of capital deployment, complex investment structuring, and technical financial oversight.

• Transaction Execution:
  Own the full-cycle accounting treatment and integration for acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic investment vehicles.
• Technical Authority:
  Conduct high-level accounting research (GAAP/IFRS) and draft formal memorandums to support complex investment structures.

  Partner intimately with Tax, Investments, and Finance leaders to model outcomes, ensure precise accounting treatment, and drive deal completion.
• Systems Architecture:
  Develop and maintain sophisticated estimation models and oversee the configuration of new investment structures within our financial reporting systems.

• 3+ years with a Big 4 Firm, specifically audit.
• Large regional firm experience would also be considered with asset management client experience.
• CPA is strongly preferred.
