Job/Role Description- This role supports the Private Lending organization as a high-value control middle office function, handling the origination of new loans and the ongoing servicing and maintenance of the loan portfolio.
- The position ensures compliance with applicable federal regulations at the time of origination, funding, and throughout the life of the loan while delivering excellent client service.
- Prepare to gain a comprehensive understanding of the private lending organization by interacting with Regional Lending Managers, Underwriters, Credit, Legal, Global Client Financing, and other operations teams across regions.
- Partner with Private Wealth Advisors and Wealth Management Professionals to assist clients with the application, origination, and ongoing servicing of loans within the portfolio.
- Showcase strong control and risk management strategies to ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high standards of client service.
- Develop strategies and opportunities for process efficiencies to reduce manual tasks and increase controls in a rapidly growing business.
- Fulfill time-sensitive and highly confidential tasks with proven client service skills, teamwork, and a sense of urgency.
- Develop and nurture relationships with senior business leaders across divisions.
- Take ownership and accountability for projects as a self-motivated and proactive team player.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven client service skills, teamwork, and a sense of urgency to fulfill time-sensitive and highly confidential tasks
- Ability to develop and nurture relationships with senior business leaders within cross divisional teams
- Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability for projects
