** Responsibilities
* ** Lead the governance review and approval process for customer-facing communications distributed to Consumer clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and business requirements.
* Manage the end-to-end governance of customer communication journeys, including regulatory disclosures, customer notices, key announcements, surveys, and other client-facing messaging.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, legal, compliance, risk, marketing, and operational partners to understand business objectives and deliver effective customer communications.
* Develop, maintain, and govern content standards, disclosure guidelines, templates, and documentation to promote consistency, quality, and regulatory compliance across customer communications.
* Promote consistency across customer-facing communications and mitigate risk associated with fragmented, inaccurate, or non-compliant content.
* Performs other duties and projects as assigned
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance or related field
* Must have at least 3 years marketing experience in Financial Services
* Ability to be well organized, team-player, motivated and flexible with working hours
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Teams, SharePoint); ability to quickly adopt new software as needed
* Outstanding oral and written communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
* Demonstrated ability and desire to thrive in a challenging fast paced work environment
* Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively and build relationships both internally and externally
* Must be flexible and adjust to schedule and adapt to changing business priorities
