Job Description

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Portfolio Manager to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Dallas.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Independently manage a significant amount of assets within the client’s investment policy guidelines.
  • Direct a significant portion of assets under management (AUM), and oversee larger or more complex relationships/accounts that are strategic to the region.
  • Meet with clients and new business prospects to communicate investment strategy, discuss market performance, and review current market conditions.
  • Evaluate and articulate investment performance and make timely portfolio adjustments to meet investment objectives and allocation guidelines.
  • Participate in investment committee responsibilities, contributing to the development of policies and strategies to improve portfolio performance.
  • Make informed business decisions based on stakeholder input, data, and key performance indicators to support client retention and success.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years of total work experience preferred, with over 10 years of investment experience preferred for candidates holding advanced portfolio management designations such as CFA, CIMA, or MBA.
  • Applicable local or regional licenses and certifications as required by the business.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior investment professionals.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company‑sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.
