About the Role
World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to serve as the primary customer-facing employee within a branch. The role supports the Branch Manager in daily branch operations, maximizes customer growth, and upholds company policies, customer service standards, and financial integrity.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with application processing, payment collection, and loan closing activities.
- Prepare loan documents and execute loan closings for renewal loans.
- Maintain accurate daily cash drawer balances and complete branch bank deposits.
- Communicate with customers regarding loans, payment schedules, and account status.
- Send timely credit denial letters within 30 days of application.
- Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to community outreach.
- Support tax-related services and promote additional financial products.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for depositing funds and other travel as required.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hourly Pay: $15.00 – $18.00

Physical Demands and Working Conditions- Stationary work with regular movement; occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Lifting up to 5 lbs.; occasional exertion of up to 30 lbs.
- Use of vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication required.
- Work in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Occasional local travel; possible extended hours, evenings, or weekends.
- Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace and typical noise, lighting, and temperature.
