We are seeking an experienced, client-focused professional to join our team as a Senior Client Service Associate (Lead Teller) at our Northwest Plaza (Dallas, TX) branch . In this leadership role, you will oversee daily teller operations, mentor team members, and deliver exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate is a service-driven banking professional with strong operational knowledge and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily vault operations, cash balancing, and teller cash distribution
- Monitor cash inventory, order currency, and verify shipments
- Complete daily cash and transaction reconciliations
- Coordinate teller schedules, workflow, and daily operations
- Deliver exceptional client service and identify banking solutions
- Coach and develop teller staff to support performance and service excellence
- Ensure teller compliance with operational, regulatory, and security standards
- Resolve customer issues promptly or elevate to appropriate resources when needed
- Protect client and bank information with maintaining compliance and security standards
- Partner with branch leadership to achieve operational and performance goals
- Support branch operations and complete additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking, including teller operations, cash handling, and vault management
- Previous leadership, coaching, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong cash handling, balancing, and transaction processing skills
- Proficiency with banking systems, technology, and teller equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to lead, problem‑solve, and make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment
- Knowledge of banking products and services, with the ability to identify client needs and make referrals
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance, sales, and referral goals while maintaining professionalism and reliability
- Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM
- Saturday, 8:45 AM – 1:15 PM
This is a full‑time role (40 hours per week). A flexible schedule within the hours listed is required.
