Director Corporate Finance

We’re partnering with an industry-leading organization to identify a Director of Corporate Finance (FP&A & Treasury) to join its corporate finance team in Plano, TX.

This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, treasury, and executive reporting. The position partners directly with senior leadership, private equity ownership, lenders, and cross-functional finance teams to help drive strategic financial decisions across the business.

• Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting for executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and lenders.
• Manage enterprise cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and treasury operations.
• Partner with leadership on capital planning, financing initiatives, and strategic projects.
• Mentor and develop finance team members while collaborating across Accounting, Tax, Legal, and business unit finance teams.

• 8+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Treasury, or a related finance leadership role.
• Experience leading enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidations.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting, debt management, lender reporting, and treasury operations.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience building complex financial models.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
