Licensed Production Associate

We are hiring a licensed production associate to support the loan officer in partnering with realtors, builders, and other clients to secure mortgage financing.

What You’ll Do

Provide a warm welcome to Realtors and Clients.
Monitor and manage workflow to ensure timely closings.
Maintain product knowledge and stay current on market conditions.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending.
Communicate with borrowers, processors, operations staff, title companies, Realtors, etc. to expedite the mortgage process.
Request and follow up on required documentation from clients.
Disclose and submit loans to the Operations Department with attention to detail.
Provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers.
Meet goals regarding time frames – always close on time.
Work within a database.
Plan and set up lunch‑ins, meetings, etc.
Market, service, and promote the company’s loan products.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer and technology‑related skills.
Extremely organized with strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
Computer savvy and quick learning of new systems.
Ability to follow up with multiple prospects daily.
DU is a plus.
CRM/Salesforce experience and knowledge of working within a database is a plus.
Self‑motivated.
