CLA is seeking a Senior – Transaction Tax to join our Transaction Tax practice in the United States. You will participate in tax due diligence, structuring, modeling and other engagements related to acquisitions and dispositions by private equity investor groups, family offices and strategic buyers.
You will perform tax research of transaction-related federal, state/local and international tax matters and collaborate with SALT, Global Tax and Federal Tax Solutions teams.
