Credit Loan Middle Office Analyst

Join a leading global financial services firm's Credit Loan Middle Office team, supporting the settlement of primary and secondary syndicated loan trades booked by Leverage Finance and Bank Loan Desks across the US. This team plays a critical role in the trade processing life cycle — partnering closely with clients, sales/trading desks, and other stakeholders to resolve exceptions, manage risk, and keep operations running smoothly.

Dallas, TX | $23/hour | 1-Year Contract (potential for extension/conversion)

Support end-to-end loan trade settlement processes, address client and internal queries, resolve exceptions, and help manage risk throughout the trade lifecycle in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

• Fundamental knowledge of Loan Operations/Clear Par strongly preferred
• A highly motivated, energetic, and confident team player
• Strong personal initiative with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly
• Excellent communication skills — comfortable interacting across all levels, business disciplines, and regions
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Sharp problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to break down issues and clearly explain solutions to clients and colleagues
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe
• A proven track record of accuracy and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, growing environment

• Bachelor's degree required
