Senior Treasury Partner
As a Senior Treasury Partner, you'll provide strategic financial insight and guidance that influences decision-making across the organization and supports the Company's financial objectives. You'll partner with Leaders and cross-functional Teams to drive enterprise cash forecasting, deliver financial insights, and develop complex models that support capital allocation, financing strategies, and long-term planning. This role leads Treasury initiatives that strengthen liquidity, optimize cash management, and enhance financial performance, while providing analytical support across Treasury Operations and Corporate Finance to help the Company achieve its strategic and growth objectives.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining short and long-term cash flow and balance sheet forecasts, communicating forecast results up to the Executive level, working closely with various groups to develop a financial planning tool, developing quantitative models, providing assistance to Treasury Operations, performing ad hoc analysis, supporting Fuel Hedging activities, and may perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required include expertise in business and management principles, financial modeling, data visualization, and the ability to make formal and informal presentations to all levels of the organization including Sr Leaders.
Education required:
High School Diploma or GED. Experience needed in creation and maintenance of financial models, financial planning and/or accounting principals, and banking and corporate investments. Preferred experience in Microsoft office, Tableau, Bloomberg, SAP, Hyperion Essbase, Quickbase.
Physical abilities include performing work duties from a limited space workstation for extended periods of time, communicating and interacting with others in the English language, and using a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy.
Other qualifications include being a U.S. citizen or having authorization to work in the United States, maintaining a well-groomed appearance, complying with Company attendance standards, meeting confidentiality expectations, being flexible to work extended hours, and being able to travel extensively.
Pay and benefits include a competitive market salary from $125,900 - $139,900 per year with opportunity for future pay increases based on performance and market movement, additional bonus opportunities, free flights on Southwest flights for eligible dependents, Company contributions to Retirement Savings Plan, potential for annual Profit Sharing contribution, competitive health insurance, and health plan coverage options starting from the first day of employment.
