Treasury Analyst, Global Operations
OverviewFinancial institution role at Kimberly‑Clark USA, LLC in Irving, Texas. Responsible for managing global cash balances, debt, internal funding, and investment decisions.
Responsibilities- Ensure visibility of global cash balances using Treasury Management System and K‑C’s accounting system data, optimizing short‑term debt, internal funding, and investment decisions.
- Gather, analyze, and report global metrics such as bank fees, account signatories, and cash balances on a monthly basis.
- Assist affiliates in managing bank accounts and ensuring Treasury e‑BAM technology accurately reflects current status, complying with internal controls and external regulatory reporting.
- Support leadership by driving, recommending courses of action, and evaluating analysis for special projects; prepare presentations to support communication.
- Collaborate with the International Treasury team to drive and coordinate tax‑efficient cash repatriation, understanding banking and tax capacity/regulatory limitations in each country.
- Provide backup to U.S. Daily Cash Management Operations as needed.
- Lead annual internal control reviews and assist with selected risk management activities.
- Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in economics, management, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience working with multinational companies or matrix organizations.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in each: international cash management, forecasting, or internal controls with regulatory complexities outside the U.S.; transactional and translational currency transactions; using SAP or HFM.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in each: accounting, finance, economics, or taxation including cash flow analysis and financial statement analysis; using treasury management systems including Quantum.
- Minimum 2 years experience opening and closing corporate bank accounts.
- Minimum 1 year experience working with corporate risk management teams, insurance companies or state workers compensation departments.
Position reports to Irving, TX office. Telecommuting permitted following company policy but must live within commuting distance. Salary range: $129,816 to $135,009 USD per year. Eligible for target bonus and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) and profit sharing.
