The Senior Director, Execution & Governance, Advanced Wealth Services & Trust is responsible for the operating platform, governance framework, execution discipline, and organizational effectiveness across the Trust business and broader Advanced Wealth Services organization. Serving as a close partner to the Head of Advanced Wealth Services and Trust, this leader drives business priorities, strengthens governance and execution, and promotes organizational effectiveness throughout the organization.

Within the Trust business, this role ensures strong governance, disciplined execution, effective management and sales processes, regulatory coordination, and a consistently high-quality client experience by collaborating across Trust Sales, Trust Administration, Trust Risk & Control, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and other Wealth Management functions. For Advanced Wealth Services, the role focuses on establishing and scaling best practices in strategic initiative delivery, governance, execution, business reviews, performance metrics, advisor engagement, and service effectiveness to support business growth and organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities And Duties
  • Drive execution of business priorities for the Trust business and broader Advanced Wealth Services organization, including management cadence, accountability frameworks, and cross-functional coordination across Trust, Wealth Management, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance.
  • Coordinate Trust governance activities, including Trust Board support, governance forums, management committees, audits, regulatory examinations, issue remediation, and control oversight.
  • Develop executive presentations, strategic planning materials, Trust Board presentations, OCC exam materials, regulatory reporting, and senior leadership communications.
  • Lead execution of high-priority initiatives, special projects, and organizational priorities on behalf of Advanced Wealth Services leadership, ensuring alignment, issue resolution, and timely delivery of business objectives.
  • Partner with leaders across Advanced Wealth Services to support business growth initiatives, advisor engagement efforts, thought leadership, and execution of key business priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance client experience, service delivery, operating effectiveness, and scalability across Advanced Wealth Services.
  • Coordinate platform modernization, process improvement, automation, technology enablement, and operational improvement initiatives that strengthen business performance, advisor effectiveness, and client outcomes across Advanced Wealth Services.
  • Support the Advanced Wealth Services leadership team by coordinating strategic and operational priorities, developing executive and management communications, facilitating leadership forums, and ensuring effective execution of enterprise and business initiatives across the organization.
Educational Requirements

Base Pay Range

Base Pay Range: $170,000/yr - $240,000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
