Senior Financial Analyst – Operations Finance | Dallas, TX

Our client, an innovative and rapidly growing technology company, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys partnering with the business, influencing decision-making, and using data to drive operational performance.

Rather than focusing solely on reporting, this role serves as a strategic business partner, collaborating across Finance and Operations to improve profitability, support growth initiatives, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.

• Partner with Operations and business leaders to support strategic decision-making
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans
• Analyze financial and operational KPIs to identify trends and business opportunities
• Perform variance, profitability, and cost analyses while providing recommendations for improvement
• Build executive-level dashboards, reports, and financial models
• Support inventory, supply chain, and operational finance initiatives
• Present meaningful insights and recommendations to senior leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years of Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Operations Finance experience
• Experience partnering directly with operational business leaders
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills
• Advanced Excel skills;
  Power BI, Tableau, or SQL experience is a plus
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
