Operations Analyst

An established investment firm is seeking an Operations
Analyst to join its Global Banking & Markets - FICC Operations team within Commodities Confirmations, ASAP. This onsite role in Dallas, TX requires 5 days/week in the office and is a 6-month contract with potential for extension
.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to gain exposure to global commodities markets and develop expertise in financial operations.

• Monitor and resolve trade discrepancies and process breaks
• Partner with internal teams to improve risk management and operational efficiency
• Support physically delivered and derivative transactions across the Americas
• Assist in technology infrastructure changes and regulatory initiatives
• Enhance operational processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance

• Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of experience in financial services operations preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience in Middle Office, Settlements, Documentation, or Trade Support is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Ability to multitask, adapt to fast-paced environments, and solve problems proactively
