Duties & Responsibilities

• Integrity and intensity on a sales level
• Originate applications and setting appointments for new clients, closing loans for personal production
• Produce mortgage leads by creating and maintaining positive business relationships
• Properly forecast and utilize strategic techniques
• Consistently evaluate loan files, conduct follow-up process on turned down loans
• Maintain a professional image and adhere to standards consistent with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Active NMLS license in your current state of employment as required by SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act
• Excellent knowledge of guidelines for loan programs and various types of loans such as FHA, commercial loans, VA, etc.
• Proven successful track record of accomplishments in originating loans and meeting sales goals
• Season ability to drive business and manage to bottom line profitability
• Possess excellent communication skills, high integrity, and ethical standards
• Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of top-quality customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is desired
