This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a leading healthcare organization, where you will play a critical role in financial decision-making and operations. The CFO will be responsible for the overall financial strategy, M&A diligence, FP&A, and monthly reporting. You will be working closely with other executives to drive growth and profitability, while ensuring financial compliance and transparency.
Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, financial forecasting, and negotiations
- Lead the M&A diligence process and provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization
- Direct FP&A activities and provide insights to the executive team on financial planning and variance analysis
- Ensure the timely delivery of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Implement and maintain internal control systems to ensure financial integrity at all levels of the organization
- Collaborate with other C-level executives to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven experience in M&A diligence, FP&A, and monthly reporting
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive financial strategies and decisions
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset
- High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality
- Proficiency with financial management software and MS Office Suite
