Tax Senior

The Tax Senior will be responsible for managing and preparing tax returns for both individual and business clients. This position involves ensuring compliance with tax regulations and providing expert advice to clients on tax-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in tax preparation and review, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
• Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
• Assist with the implementation of tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities
• Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documentation for tax preparation
• Stay updated on tax legislation and changes affecting clients
• Conduct tax research and analysis as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance
• Strong knowledge of individual and business tax laws and regulations
• Proficient in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• CPA eligibility is a plus
• Experience in tax review is considered an advantage
