Our client's Transaction Services Practice has provided more than $60 billion worth of successful due diligence services for many well-known global companies, private equity firms, and lenders. Our fully integrated and comprehensive due diligence approach helps identify deal breakers, risks, opportunities for improvement, and other key factors – all while providing the flexibility in timing, scope, and deliverables that each unique transaction requires.

Transaction Services Manager candidate is expected to plan, perform, and manage buy-side advisory projects for TS clients. The candidate will have contact with the client and target company personnel at all levels, particularly the most senior people.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of combined experience in Assurance (Audit) and Transaction Services consulting in a CPA firm or related environment. Experience working on manufacturing and distribution clients and/or target companies is desired.

• Prior transaction experience is required.
• Accounting undergraduate degree required.
• CPA required.
• Must be willing to travel up to 35%.
