Responsibilities

* Executes trade orders for stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other investment products.

* May provide trading service to registered representatives or for internal company purposes.

* Executes moderately complex purchases and sales of investment products in a timely and efficient manner.

* Explains trading procedures to reps and other customers, answers questions and provides quotes.

* Researches and resolves issues for trade related issues.

* Ensures that all trades meet internal and external compliance standards.

* Checks to verify proper licensing of outside representatives.

* Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

* Demonstrates understanding of administration business and knowledge of company products and services.

* Ability to manage tasks in an assertive, efficient, and timely manner.

* Must be able to multitask and keep calm under pressure.

* Detailed oriented.

* Registered with the following FINRA licenses.

o FINRA Series 7 - General Securities Representative

o FINRA Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent State Law
