Salary: $260,000 to $365,000 Base Salary (Plus comprehensive bonus and benefits structure)

Schedule:

Full-time, Direct-Hire, Minimum 1,850 hours annual billed target.

Our client is a prominent global law firm, known for its excellence in Financial Services, Capital Markets, and Banking & Finance. With a rich history and a focus on innovation, the firm connects financial institutions, sponsors, and borrowers with unique capital solutions. They offer mentorship, deal exposure, and growth opportunities.

The new Associate will play a key role in structured finance deals, handling repurchase facilities, lending, and credit structures. They will guide transactions from start to finish, offering advice on lending and financing.

• Planning and Designing Finance and leasing facilities for various asset classes.
• Creating deal documents like repurchase agreements and credit facilities.
• Advising clients on market strategy and regulations.
• Overseeing legal teams and junior associates.
• Developing credit facilities to match market needs.

Candidates need a J.D. from an accredited law school, Bar Membership, and 3-5 years of experience in finance law. Must have expertise in financial transactions and structured credit. Strong project management skills and client interaction abilities.

Preferred qualifications include experience with repurchase agreements, advising underwriters, and strong negotiation skills. Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation abilities.
