About the OpportunityBullpen is partnered with a rapidly growing real estate investment platform focused on acquiring, developing, and operating commercial real estate across high-growth Sunbelt markets.
As the firm expands its investment platform, it is actively raising capital for current and future investment vehicles while growing its network of institutional and high-net-worth investors. The company is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support fundraising initiatives, strengthen investor relationships, and help execute its broader capital formation strategy.

The RoleThe Investor Relations Associate will play a highly visible role across both investor relations and capital-raising initiatives.
This individual will help identify and cultivate prospective investors, manage relationships with existing limited partners, coordinate fundraising campaigns, and deliver a high-quality investor experience throughout the investment lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is polished, relationship-oriented, highly organized, and excited to build a career raising institutional and private capital.
Key Responsibilities- Support capital-raising initiatives for current and future investment vehicles.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with accredited investors, family offices, RIAs, and institutional capital partners.
- Coordinate investor outreach, follow-up, and pipeline management throughout fundraising campaigns.
- Assist senior leadership with prospective investor meetings, presentations, and due-diligence requests.
- Manage investor onboarding, accreditation, subscription documentation, and closing processes.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for existing investor relationships.
- Prepare investor presentations, quarterly updates, fundraising materials, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain CRM systems and investor databases, ensuring accurate tracking of fundraising activity.
- Coordinate conferences, networking events, and investor meetings.
- Help execute the firm’s overall investor engagement and capital formation strategy.
- 1–4 years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, fundraising, commercial real estate, private equity, investment management, wealth management, or institutional client service.
- Exposure to raising equity for investment funds, real estate investments, or alternative asset managers is strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities and confidence interacting with high-net-worth investors, family offices, RIAs, and institutional allocators.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform is preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in fundraising and investor relations.
