Vice President - Private Equity - Industrials

As a Vice President, you will play a key leadership role across the investment lifecycle, taking ownership of transaction execution, mentoring junior team members, and working directly with portfolio company executives to drive growth. • Lead the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities from initial screening through closing.
• Oversee financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and investment committee materials.
• Build relationships with founders, intermediaries, lenders, and industry executives to help source proprietary opportunities.
• Partner with portfolio company management teams to develop and execute value creation initiatives, strategic acquisitions, and operational improvements.
• Mentor and develop Associates and Senior Associates while working closely with Partners on investment strategy and portfolio management.
