We are an independent advisory group structured around three complementary verticals, positioned on high-value markets, with a selective and confidential approach.
M&A- Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory
Next-generation advisory firm specializing in the small & lower mid-cap segment: technical, technological, industrial, and service companies. We support business owners and shareholders in their sell-side, buy-side, and build-up transactions, with an approach focused on structuring, targeted exposure, and controlled execution.
Advisory and transactions on high-value strategic real estate assets: investment real estate, commercial real estate, tangible assets, and off-market transactions for entrepreneurs, investors, and family offices.
Wealth- Wealth & Equity Structuring
Wealth engineering, holding structure setup, long-term asset allocation, and capital organization for business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors.
Our DNAhigh standards and discretion, selectivity of mandates and partners, long-term trust-based relationships, methodology inspired by premium advisory standards, and absolute confidentiality, without intrusive sales approaches.
The RoleAs part of our international expansion, we are looking for a Partner to found, structure, and lead the Dallas office, covering a strategic hub:
Texas and the US Sunbelt, one of the nation's fastest-growing markets for corporate enterprise, private equity, and wealth management.
This is not a corporate representation role, but an entrepreneurial mandate: you drive the Group's growth in your territory, manage relationships with regional executives and investors, and build your own team as the office scales up.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and develop the Dallas office across the Group's three verticals
- Represent the Group among regional business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, family offices, and wealth structures
- Identify and initiate opportunities in M&A, strategic real estate, and wealth structuring
- Qualify mandates and coordinate execution with internal specialized teams
- Build strong ties with the local and national ecosystem (banks, funds, advisors, intermediaries)
- Recruit and progressively structure a local team
- Act as a trusted advisor, rather than a traditional transaction broker
We value leadership posture and network over a standardized resume.
- Senior experience in M&A, corporate finance, banking, real estate, wealth management, or executive management
- Active and qualified network of decision-makers, entrepreneurs, or investors across Dallas, Texas, and the US market
- Ideally a strong understanding of the region's entrepreneurial and wealth dynamics
- High personal credibility and comfort in confidential, high-stakes environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and strong sense of ownership
- Ambition to build a business for the long term, not to hold a simple finder role
- Founding Office Partner status (structure partner / associate partner)
- Attractive compensation, heavily variable-based, tied to successful transaction execution
- No earning cap
- Prospects of partnership and equity participation based on involvement and results
- Access to an existing framework, recognized expertise, and a pipeline of qualified mandates
- Full autonomy to structure your territory and build your team
- Integration into a discreet, selective, and international advisory ecosystem
