We are conducting a confidential search for a senior investment leader to join a growing institutional investment platform focused on private markets.

This is a highly visible, front-facing leadership opportunity responsible for partnering closely with senior investment professionals to strengthen portfolio oversight, investment governance and strategic decision-making across an increasingly sophisticated investment platform.

This is not a reporting or control function. Rather, the successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to senior investment leadership by:

• Establishing credibility with investment professionals across the private markets platform.
• Providing thoughtful challenge and forward-looking insight into portfolio discussions.
• Bringing investment oversight discipline to portfolio construction, new investment initiatives and strategic decision-making.
• Strengthening governance across complex investment structures and strategic partnerships.
• Elevating investment oversight into a strategic capability that supports better investment outcomes.

The successful candidate will combine deep technical knowledge of private markets with the executive presence, sound investment judgment and communication skills required to influence senior stakeholders and contribute meaningfully to investment decision-making.
