Bosch Home Comfort North America is seeking an FP&A Manager to own complex financial models and partner with commercial and operational leaders. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will drive the AOP, rolling forecasts, and strategic initiatives with a strong business focus.
You will manage 2-3 direct reports, develop executive dashboards, and lead improvements in FP&A processes and tooling, including Power BI and SAP-based planning systems.
