Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager based at RVP's Dallas, TX office. The expected start date is September 1, 2026.
The Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager is a junior member of RVP's Finance & Accounting team with two core areas of responsibility:
Monitoring and managing the firm's U.S. portfolio companies — tracking financial and operational performance, preparing comprehensive quarterly reports, and communicating performance insights to the investment team in Korea and the U.S.
Internal Finance & Accounting
Supporting RVP's internal accounting and financial management, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, and coordination with external accountants and the Korea head office.
Qualifications- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in finance and/or accounting
- Prior experience at a public accounting firm, bank, corporate finance/accounting team, or the portfolio management function of an investment firm strongly preferred — experience at Korean institutions is welcomed
- Demonstrated ability to prepare quarterly reports on portfolio companies' financial and operational performance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in both Korean and English required
- Bachelor's degree required

- Base salary: $60,000–$80,000, commensurate with experience
