The Investment Analyst will support investment research and diligence across a variety of private and public investments.
In This Role, You Will- Conduct investment and manager research across a range of alternative investment asset classes.
- Be responsible for client facing quarterly updates on existing investments along with communicating key updates to the team.
- Work with other members of the investment team to draft and present investment recommendations to the internal Investment Committee for review and approval for inclusion in client portfolios.
- Conduct deep economic research to develop thematic investment insights that drive manager research and investment efforts.
- Design and produce internal reporting and analysis of activities and results across all investment strategies and funds.
- Work alongside investment team to underwrite investments in funds across a variety of asset classes such as private equity, private credit, venture capital, real assets, hedge funds, and more.
- Work alongside the investment team to underwrite direct investments into companies across a variety of sectors, stages, and geographies.
- Conduct due diligence and present findings to internal investment committee for inclusion in client portfolios.
- Work alongside client facing team members to help craft compelling materials to present investment ideas to clients for investment.
- Conduct deep economic research using a variety of resources across topics relevant to the investment universe.
- Synthesize the economic research into actionable deliverables that will be used to help guide client discussions.
- Utilize research to help identify compelling areas for thematic investments.
- Quarterly, craft outward facing updates on existing investments to be used in client communications.
- Work alongside team members and the compliance department to ensure that all outbound materials comply with relevant rules and regulations.
