Mortgage Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Specialist to support residential mortgage purchase, sale, and securitization transactions. This is a great opportunity for someone with mortgage industry experience who wants exposure to complex financial transactions, due diligence, underwriting, and deal management
. You’ll work closely with internal teams including trading, legal, compliance, and finance, as well as external buyers, sellers, vendors, and other transaction partners.

• Support the due diligence and deal management process for residential mortgage purchase and sale transactions
  .
• Review mortgage loans for credit, compliance, data accuracy, valuation, and overall quality
  .
• Identify and help resolve loan, collateral, and documentation issues.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
• Support securitized transactions involving Prime and Non-QM mortgage loans.

• 1–4 years of mortgage industry experience
  , particularly in due diligence, underwriting, or mortgage originations.
• Knowledge of mortgage regulations, including TRID and QM/ATR
  .
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with multiple systems and large amounts of data.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
