Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join the loan servicing and asset management team within the Real Estate Finance group in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and experience in real estate finance.
Duties- Manage loan servicing consent transactions and loan modifications.
- Handle loan sales and asset management matters.
- Collaborate with team members to support national practice growth.
- Navigate complex subject matter efficiently.
- 3+ years of broad real estate finance experience.
- Experience with CMBS, CRE CLOs, and securitized products preferred.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ambition and team-oriented mindset.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
CertificationsActive bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
Skills- Ability to manage complex transactions.
