Overview

As a Senior Analyst on the Bellwether Valuations Team, you will support the valuations of a portfolio of commercial real estate investments. Key responsibilities include maintaining complex financial analyses, evaluating investment performance and underwriting periodic real estate investments. In this role, there will be tremendous learning and growth opportunities with exposure to leading experts in the real estate investment industry. The significant exposure to senior leadership requires a high degree of professionalism and work ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly valuations of real estate investments across the United States, including conducting DCF/sale comparable/cost analyses, appraisal review, reporting, etc.;
  • Maintain detailed and complex asset level cash flow models;
  • Review and track business plans, leasing activity and monthly property operating performance for valuations purposes;
  • Analyze market data and comparable transactions
  • Compile valuations data and statistics to assist fundraising, marketing, DDQs and ad hoc investor requests;
  • Perform additional ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Professional Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in real estate valuations, consulting, portfolio management or audit/accounting.
  • Experience with property underwriting and financial modeling.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ARGUS Enterprise.
  • Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate.
Education/Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, accounting or other related fields required
