Senior Financial Analyst - Commercial Real Estate - Dallas, TX - k

LHH is seeking an Senior Financial Analyst on behalf of a well-established commercial real estate organization with a diverse portfolio of properties and investment partners. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional to gain broad exposure across real estate operations, asset management, investments, development, and leasing. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and Excel skills, experience with budgeting and forecasting, and an interest in applying financial analysis to commercial real estate.

• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and analytical summaries covering revenue, sales, KPIs, budget-to-actual variances, and forecasts.
• Maintain and enhance Excel-based financial models supporting property and portfolio analysis.
• Assist with annual budgets and periodic reforecasts, including leasing, tenant, property, and portfolio analysis.
• Partner with Asset Management, Investments/Acquisitions, Development, Leasing, Property Management, and other teams to gather and analyze financial information.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses, recommendations, reports, and deliverables for internal leadership, third-party property owners, and investment partners.
• Support quarterly property valuations and analyze financial performance and investor returns.
• Review lease terms and assess their potential impact on property performance and real estate value.
• Analyze the financial impact of developments, expansions, and significant leasing activity.
• Help identify trends, explain financial variances, and translate data into actionable insights for management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, commercial real estate, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience building and maintaining financial models.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Tech-savvy and systems-oriented, with experience using financial or real estate systems;
  Yardi Voyager or Yardi Advanced Budgeting & Forecasting experience is a plus.
• Commercial real estate experience and ARGUS experience are strongly preferred.
