Fund Manager Experienced Investments Analyst Dallas, TX (Harwood District - In-Office) | Full-Time, Exempt Overview We are looking for an experienced Analyst to support the Investments team across all aspects of multifamily, industrial, and development acquisitions and asset management, overseeing the investment life cycle from acquisition to disposition. This position requires a strong ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Essential Functions Underwrite potential acquisitions by analyzing historical financial statements and performing market research and analysis
Coordinate due diligence and closing processes
Create and prepare financial models and presentation materials for new and existing assets
Work in tandem with property management and operations teams to transition properties before closing
Conduct ad-hoc market research and reporting for potential new market acquisitions
Monitor and coordinate the execution of property business plans to optimize asset performance
Coordinate lender communication through the collection and distribution of monthly draw packages
Procure lien waivers and check copies from vendors and subcontractors for draw package submission
Assist Asset Managers with underwriting, rent roll analysis, trend analysis, and ad-hoc reporting
Produce weekly financial and leasing analysis reports
Compile market surveys and submarket reports as needed
Collect and distribute monthly and quarterly financial packages to lenders and equity partners
Maintain and update the portfolio construction budget tracker
Review general ledgers and code invoices to respective accounts
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
High proficiency in financial modeling
Strong Microsoft Office skills, primarily Excel1+ years relevant experience in commercial real estate preferred
Team-oriented and deadline-driven, with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Communicates clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders under deadline pressure
Physical Demands and Work Environment This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. The position requires the ability to remain stationary for extended periods, operate a computer, and communicate by phone, video, and in person. Occasional travel to properties and markets may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
