. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with 3–5 years of real estate investment, private equity fund operations, or fund financial analysis experience who enjoys financial modeling, portfolio analytics, and working across multiple areas of the business.

What You'll Do...

• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models
  , liquidity forecasts, and fund performance dashboards.
• Analyze portfolio performance, cash flows, investor waterfalls, and fund-level returns.
• Prepare quarterly investor reporting, presentations, and performance analysis for institutional investors.
• Partner with Portfolio Management, Investor Relations, Legal, Capital Markets, and Fund Accounting on strategic initiatives.
• Support fund liquidity, capital planning, financing activities, and investment performance analysis.
• Help leverage AI and automation to improve reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency.

We're Looking For...

• 3–5 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity fund operations, or fund financial analysis
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and Excel skills
• Experience with fund performance analysis, liquidity planning, investor reporting, and institutional investment funds
• Understanding of financial statements, investor waterfalls, partnership structures, and fund operations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across multiple business teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
