Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Consumer Finance Regulatory Associate in Dallas, Texas. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries. The role is ideal for candidates with extensive experience in financial services regulatory and compliance matters.

Advise clients on mortgage lending and servicing, consumer finance, and commercial finance. Provide guidance on alternative lending products, including BNPL and EWA. Assist with Fin Tech products and structures, including bank partnership models. Ensure compliance with state licensing and key financial services laws and regulations. Engage in enforcement actions and work with money services businesses and payment systems.

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in financial services regulatory and compliance. Strong academic background with excellent legal research, analysis, and writing skills. Admitted to or eligible for admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
