Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $170,000 to $210,000 per year.

• Lead the annual budgeting and planning cycle across multiple business units and deliver consolidated financial projections.
• Partner with functional leaders to develop expense budgets including staffing operating costs and key business investments.
• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic and operational decision making.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reports that provide visibility into performance trends and key business metrics.
• Drive process improvements by enhancing reporting capabilities and applying advanced analytical tools.

• A Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in financial planning analysis or strategic finance roles.
• Demonstrate advanced skills in financial modeling, quantitative analysis and data interpretation.
• Use reporting tools and financial systems confidently to build dashboards and support analysis.
• Communicate clearly and present financial insights effectively to executive level audiences.

• Analyze bookings backlog and operational data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy in reporting and forecasting outputs.
• Apply technical proficiency across financial systems, enterprise tools and data platforms.
• Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability and commitment to ethical standards and organizational policies.
