Associate, Private Credit Investments

Cresset is looking for an Associate in Investments focused on Private Credit. In this role, you’ll support the CIO and the investment team with macro-economic analysis and investment diligence. You’ll help monitor credit markets, communicate with advisors, and prepare materials for clients. • Monitor the health of credit markets and performance of investments.
• Communicate with advisors about portfolio investments.
• Support the underwriting and diligence process for new investments.
• Assist in global economic research and its relevance to asset markets.
• Prepare presentation materials on macro-economic views.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Math preferred.
• Two years of experience in an analytical field.
• Undergraduate GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with large scale data analysis.
• Proficient in Excel and databases.
• Experience with coding is a plus.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
