• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and chat, providing efficient and effective solutions with kindness.
• Resolve customer complaints and disputes professionally, handling escalated complex cases when necessary.
• Act as the voice of the customer, identifying pain points and opportunities for the product team.
• Develop deep subject mastery to offer personalized support on complex trading strategies, derivatives, and investment opportunities.
• Pursue additional licenses to broaden professional expertise and contribute to business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high‑net‑worth customers, serving as their primary point of contact for trading‑related inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize trading operations and enhance the overall customer experience.

• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required.
• Bilingual English/Chinese proficiency preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• Exemplary professionalism with meticulous attention to detail, patience, and empathy.
• Strong crisis management and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent cross‑departmental communication and coordination abilities.
• Capability to work under high‑pressure conditions.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Experience executing and managing trades across different asset classes preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements preferred.
• Accountability for performance, punctuality, and attendance.

Base pay will depend on education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. Expected salary range: $50,000 – $70,000
. The role also participates in a discretionary bonus plan.
