Loan Review Analyst, Sr

The Senior Loan Review Analyst will perform regular loan portfolio reviews based on risk and size of credit types. Ensures the creditworthiness of the loan portfolio by reviewing the quality, completeness and accuracy of supporting loan documentation and analysis. In addition, reviews loan policy for adequacy, assesses problem loan management/workout plan effectiveness, and provides assistance and consultation to loan officers and other lending personnel.

Prepares detailed executive summaries of each review with supporting analysis. The incumbent will also seek out continuous improvement to related bank processes and be responsible for mentoring/training of other lower level loan review analysts.
