This is a full-time, on-site internship starting approximately June 8, 2027 and ending approximately August 20, 2027.

POSITION SUMMARY:The Finance Tax Intern supports the Tax team by assisting with tax compliance, reporting, analysis, and administrative functions. This position provides exposure to corporate, partnership, property, and state tax processes while developing practical experience in tax accounting and compliance. The Finance Tax Intern collaborates with internal team members and external business partners to support tax-related projects, filings, reporting requirements, and operational initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:(Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, Training and Experience.)
- Must be in the process of earning a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; or have earned a bachelor's degree in one of these fields within the previous 12 months.
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Possesses strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exhibits exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial and tax information.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Possesses proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to accept delegated assignments and work with moderate independence.
- Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial and tax-related data and present information clearly and accurately.
- Exposure to or familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, or other data analytics tools is preferred.
- Interest in tax accounting, tax compliance, real estate taxation, or corporate finance is preferred.
