Manager, Monetization & Pricing; SaaS Pricing Strategy & Product Economics

MMC Group is hiring for a Manager of Pricing & Product Economics
, for our client in the enterprise software and SaaS provider in the home care space, in Dallas!

This role sits at the critical intersection of Finance, Product, and Sales. You will establish and lead a disciplined, data-driven approach to pricing and product profitability across our client's growing software portfolio.

This is a true "build" role. You will operate in a developing, high-growth environment, tasked with creating frameworks, P&L models, and analytics from the ground up while influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Strategy & Governance (Primary Focus)

• Own the pricing strategy across SaaS, tech-enabled services, and bundled offerings.
• Define and optimize pricing models, packaging, and discount frameworks.
• Establish and enforce strict pricing governance and deal approval processes.
• Lead major pricing initiatives, including go-to-market packaging redesigns and price adjustments.

Product Economics & Profitability

• Build, analyze, and maintain product-level P&L models from scratch across the portfolio.
• Establish robust unit economics frameworks (CAC, LTV, contribution margin, cost to serve).
• Identify areas of margin leakage and drive cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Partner with FP&A to seamlessly integrate product economics into corporate forecasting and planning.

New Product & Investment Decisions

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to evaluate the financial viability of new product investments.
• Develop comprehensive business cases detailing revenue potential, cost structures, and margin targets.
• Guide product roadmap prioritization using data-backed financial insights.

Commercial & Deal Support

• Partner directly with Sales leadership to provide pricing guidance, deal structuring, and discount analysis.
• Deliver pricing intelligence to enhance competitive positioning and improve win rates.

Analytics & Reporting

• Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting for pricing, margin, and overall product performance.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights and commercial recommendations to the C-suite.
• Establish product-level P&L visibility across the entire software portfolio.
• Implement a standardized pricing governance framework.
• Successfully deliver 1–2 major pricing or packaging initiatives.
• Build foundational unit economics models for core SaaS offerings.
• Identify and execute immediate margin improvement opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 8–12+ years of experience in pricing strategy, product finance, or commercial/strategic FP&A.
• Industry: Direct experience in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services is highly preferred.

• Modeling: Advanced financial modeling skills with a deep understanding of SaaS unit economics and margin analysis.
