Optimize Search Group has been retained by a company in the manufacturing space that is hiring a Director of Finance as a result of growth. They are currently PE backed and about to go public. This newly created position will be responsible for managing their largest division, which is about half of the company revenue. This company is located in far North Dallas and offers a hybrid schedule.
Directorof FP&A
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience
- Someone who can assist in continuing to build out the function after going public
- Strong financial modeling and tech/AI enabled
- Hands on manufacturing experience is required
- Someone who can be a strong business partner with operations and the field
This comes with a very strong base + bonus, a equity once the company goes public.
