DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS
Confidential Search | Dallas, TX | Hybrid | Direct Hire
$150,000 - $220,000 depending on experience
Hiring on behalf of an established travel management company. The employer is disclosed to candidates who move forward.
THE ROLEThis is the senior finance seat. You report directly to the President/CEO, sit on the executive team, and own the financial health of the business end to end.
The current director is departing and the company is moving quickly. You would step into a real seat with real authority, not a build-from-nothing situation.
What makes this one interesting: it is strategic but still touches the operation. You will advise the CEO on growth, capital structure and long-term planning, and you will also make sure the monthly close is clean, the commissions are right and the systems actually work. If you like being the person who connects the numbers to the decisions, this is that job.
