SUMMARY:

Work with the VP Finance Business Partnering to analyze and recommend actions for the firm’s organic growth and financial results

This is a full-time, hybrid position. Applicants must be able to work in the Addison/Dallas, TX office.

This is an Exempt position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze new client pipeline results, including key milestone volumes and conversion rates
  • Communicate insights on performance and recommend practical changes that will result in performance improvement
  • Analyze the financial impact of changes in advisor compensation and/or new compensation programs
  • Develop new and enhance existing reporting
  • Partner with Procurement team to analyze the financial impact of vendor contracts
  • Partner with Facilities team to track and analyze the financial impacts of office remodels and relocations
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, including budget‑to‑actual and forecast‑to‑actual variances, and clearly communicate key drivers to senior leadership
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, resource allocation, and business planning
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to answer complex business questions and support executive decision‑making
  • Develop executive‑ready presentations and financial materials that translate complex details into clear conclusions and actionable recommendations
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with in wealth management, financial advisory, asset management, banking, insurance, or another financial‑services environment preferred
