Tax Senior Associate, Private Equity

Role Overview: The Tax Senior Associate is responsible for providing tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities, partnerships, and Asset Management clients. They work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality tax solutions, build and manage client relationships, and contribute to market activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with tax compliance and advisory services for clients
• Collaborate with industry specialists and team members
• Manage client relationships and ensure service quality
• Supervise teams of tax professionals and assistants
• Provide strategic advice and deliver high-value tax services
• Participate in external market and business activities

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in pass-through, partnership, or corporate tax
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and CPA eligibility
• Strong advisory, compliance, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple engagements and teams effectively
