ABOUT THE POSITION AND TEAM
Satori Capital is hiring a senior individual contributor who combines financial aptitude with investor relations and operational execution. You will independently own the recurring capital activity across all funds, review deliverables prepared by our external fund administrator, and serve as a day-to-day resource to investors and to the internal relationship owners who lead those relationships. This role will report to the Director of Investor Experience.
The role spans all of our strategies: our private equity partnerships, our Satori Alpha alternatives platform, Satori Power, and Satori Neuro. You will work alongside our finance and investment teams and our external fund administrator. This role is well suited for someone who loves to learn and is ready to step out of the day-to-day of accounting while continuing to use that background every day.
Success in this role looks like viewing fund activity through an investor lens. That means connecting what happens at the fund level to what it means for an individual investor, including how it affects their liquidity, and being able to explain what is happening. It also means learning our businesses well enough to review deliverables thoroughly, run a process from beginning to end, track multiple deliverables at once, and draft clear, direct answers to the questions investors ask.
Our team already has established processes, so you will be able to learn and contribute to the processes immediately. We also invite every team member to question how the processes operate and propose a better approach. We cross-train deliberately, so that no critical work sits with only one person. That gives each team member real backup, genuine coverage during time away, and a colleague to learn from.
We value accountability, curiosity, initiative beyond the job description, and open and frequent communication.

The person who thrives in this role will bring:
- Ownership & Judgment: You manage recurring, deadline-driven processes independently, solve problems creatively, raise questions without hesitation, and take pride in work that is right the first time.
- Clear, Diplomatic Communication: You distill complex financial topics into clear, relevant messages and engage credibly with investors, internal partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Process Discipline & Attention to Detail: You…
