We're looking for a Payments leader who enjoys improving processes, solving operational challenges, and driving innovation. You'll oversee payment operations, lead cross-functional projects, and help optimize the systems that keep money moving efficiently.
What You'll Do- Lead payment operations across cards, ACH, digital wallets, and other electronic payment channels.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve financial systems.
- Partner with Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to deliver new initiatives and system enhancements.
- Manage projects from planning through testing, implementation, and rollout.
- Build reporting and KPIs to measure performance and support smarter business decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Experience in payments, finance operations, or payment processing.
- Strong project management and process improvement skills.
- Ability to work across technical and business teams.
- Experience using data and reporting tools like Tableau to drive decisions.
- Leadership experience with a track record of developing successful teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Experience with enterprise system implementations or digital transformation.
- CPP, FTIP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.
